At GICORI CHEMPASTE Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are dedicated to providing premium chemical paste products. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds. Please note that we operate a strict no return or exchange policy unless explicitly stated otherwise. By placing an order with us, you accept these terms.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Pre-Shipment Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled at no cost if the request is received before the order is dispatched from our facility.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued except as outlined in Section 2.

1.2 Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders for custom-made or specially formulated paste products cannot be cancelled once production begins, as these are tailored to your specifications.
  • Such requests will be evaluated at our sole discretion, with no guarantee of cancellation.

2. No Return or Exchange Policy

2.1 General Rule

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of any products under any circumstances, including for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction, or improper use.
  • This policy applies to all products due to the specialized nature of our chemical pastes (e.g., safety, hygiene, and stability concerns).

2.2 Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or not as described due to our error, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery with proof (e.g., photos of the damage or defect, order details).

  • Upon verification, we may, at our discretion:
    • Issue a refund (see Section 3), or
    • Provide a replacement, though replacements are not guaranteed under our no-exchange policy.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper storage, or misuse, do not qualify for any remedy.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available in these limited cases:
    • The order was cancelled before dispatch as per Section 1.1.
    • The product was delivered damaged, defective, or not as described due to our error, reported within 12 hours as per Section 2.2.
  • No refunds will be issued for any other reason, including custom-made products unless defective due to our fault.

3.2 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue stems from our error.
  • Delays beyond our control (e.g., bank processing times) may affect when the refund appears in your account.
